Wow. Just wow. We are in the finishing touches of a bathroom renovation with Joseph and Sue (converting a jack & jill into 2 separate, full bathrooms). From the beginning, they were communicative and upfront about costs, supplies, and timelines. Their bid was inclusive and detailed; and they worked with us to figure out what would and would not fit within our budget. They kept us in the loop and were upfront when plumbing costs increased–to offset those costs as much as possible, Joseph took on some of the plumber’s labor (like jack hammering) to help us from spending too much more. How awesome is that? We LOVE LOVE LOVE the work they’ve done, and even more love how calm and easy a process this was. The mess was contained and the work is beautiful. Remodels or construction of any kind are typically stressful events, but with Sparrowhawk it was stress free and smooth. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.
