Helped a local office update their historic building, turning bedrooms into offices. The building was built by the railroad around 1910 as the train depot. Over the years this building has had many owners and many uses. So much history in this building!
Here is the first office we tackled. Beautiful antique windows!! Pulling up carpet is always a risky decision….
These lovely flowers were hiding under the carpet!! They are very cute, but not exactly office professional. 
After a “little” sanding these were the exquisite hardwood floors! 
After the stain and while applying the sealer:
